The eagerly anticipated Which? boiler report is out and for the fourth year running we’ve left the competition feeling cold.
Not only have we scored the highest in the independent review for reliability (79%), but we’ve also come out on top for customer score with an unrivalled total of 84%. As if that wasn’t enough to make us smile, every boiler in our gas-fired Greenstar range has once again bagged itself a Which? Best Buy accreditation for the third year in a row!
A third of the people surveyed had opted for one of our boilers, making the brand the most popular choice of Which? members. The customer score is rated on the owner’s overall satisfaction with the brand of boiler and the likelihood of whether they would recommend it to a friend. Reliability is judged on whether the boiler needed to be repaired within six years of installation.
In the summary of the report, we were cited as a “great brand to choose for a reliable gas boiler”. It was also reported that “Worcester gas-boiler owners are the happiest with the brand that they buy”, which makes us very happy indeed!
To top off this year’s accolades, we were also commended for our range of 28 oil-fired Greenstar boilers. In this area we scored the highest for customer score (77%) and came out joint-top for reliability (70%).
The quality, reliability and efficiency of our products, servicing and customer satisfaction is something we are extremely proud of and invest heavily in every year.
